Abstract Review Process

All submitted abstracts for the 15th World Heart Congress will undergo a rigorous peer-review process conducted by the conference scientific committee and distinguished experts in the field of cardiovascular science and medicine. The review process is designed to ensure the highest standards of scientific excellence, originality, relevance, and academic integrity of all accepted presentations.

Each abstract will be evaluated based on:

VISA Process

The Organizing Committee of the 15th World Heart Congress is committed to supporting international participants in completing their visa application process to attend the congress in London, UK. Upon successful registration, participants will receive the necessary supporting documents to facilitate their visa application, including:

• Official Invitation Letter
• Conference Registration Confirmation
• Payment Receipt
• Detailed Congress Agenda/Scientific Program
• Accommodation Confirmation (if arranged through the conference organizers)

These documents are intended to assist participants in fulfilling the visa requirements set by the relevant United Kingdom Embassy, High Commission, or Consulate in their respective countries.

General Visa Requirements

In Case of Visa Rejection: Refund & Participation Options

We understand that visa decisions are subject to individual circumstances and government immigration policies. To support our participants, the congress provides flexible alternatives in case of visa refusal:

• Participants may convert their registration to a Virtual Presentation or Virtual Participation option without any additional charges.
• Participants requesting a refund must provide an official visa refusal letter issued by the embassy, high commission, or consulate.
• Refund requests must be submitted within 10 days of receiving the visa refusal notice.
• Refunds will be processed within 2–3 weeks following the verification of the required documents.
• Participants may also transfer their registration to the next edition of the congress without additional registration fees, if preferred.
